Introducing The Counselor – Sharing Thought Leadership

The newest CRE publication, The Counselor, was designed for both CRE members and the public–business leaders, Counselors’ clients, those who are interested in potential membership in The Counselors, and the media. It spotlights Counselors’ expert and objective insight and perspectives in executive summary style reviews, analysis and discussion of timely, relevant topics; case studies from the Consulting Corps and the Foundation; in-depth examination of issues appearing on The Counselors’ annual Top Ten List; global perspectives; and profiles of notable member accomplishments.

The inaugural issue featured an article on the implications for real estate of recent U.S. tax legislation, an analysis of cap rates in the European market, and the story of a CRE Consulting Corps assignment which revitalized an economically challenged community.

It will be distributed quarterly, in both electronic and print format, and will be available on the CRE website. All Counselors will receive a copy of each issue in the mail as well as electronically, and may request additional printed copies to share. Others who wish to subscribe may do so here.
