Kent has approximately 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry with a primary focus on consulting studies in real estate development, purchase price allocations, feasibility studies, gift and estate tax valuations, and highest and best use analyses. He is experienced across a wide variety of asset types in both domestic and international locations. Assets valued include: office properties (e.g., CBD trophy assets, corporate headquarters, and suburban buildings); retail properties (e.g., malls, regional malls, community shopping centers, fast-food, and freestanding general retail); hotels (e.g., luxury, extended stay, and limited-service); residential properties (e.g., master-planned communities, assisted-living, apartment complexes, manufactured housing, RV Parks, and single family residences); industrial properties (e.g., warehouse and manufacturing); and unique properties (e.g., self-storage, car wash facilities, gas stations, and baseball parks).
