A Closer Look
As a founder and Principal of two companies, I provide brownfield consulting services to public and private/commercial clients through both companies, as follows. RE | Solutions (RES) is a brownfield real estate acquisition and development services firm. We specialize in revitalizing formerly-used properties, particularly those with environmental impairments. We also assist other developers in navigating the technical, regulatory, planning, risk management and financing challenges of contaminated sites. I am also the founder and President of Adaapta, a women-owned small business that provides consulting services to municipalities and non-profits, generally for free through EPA-funded technical assistance grant programs.
