Mr. Greene is the Chief Appraiser for the State of Washington Department of Natural Resources, which owns and administers more than 5 million acres of property, including timberlands, agricultural lands, urban and suburban commercial and industrial property, and extensive aquatic lands. Prior to his current position, he specialized in the valuation of complex properties with an emphasis on dispute resolution and litigation.
