A Closer Look
I am a real estate professor at Boston College and have 11 years of full time teaching experience at the undergraduate and MBA level. Prior to starting my teaching career in 2011 I worked 27 years in the real estate industry, for an office developer, investment managers for pension funds and equity capital raising adviser to developers. From 1994 to 2009 I also taught real estate part time at Boston University and Babson College. Since 2017 I completed 4 consulting assignments for private developers and city agencies, and since 2011 I've written 20 original real estate case studies.
