Jessica has almost 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She is experienced in appraisal, market studies and research analysis of income producing, owner-occupied, vacant land and mixed-use assets. Over the past five years she has focused primarily in the aviation industry, completing on average 24 aviation assignments per year. Areas of specialized advisory services and consulting include hangar developments and Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) acquisitions. She has provided value analysis on several thousand commercial real estate properties across the country to a variety of clients, including government agencies, financial institutions, pension funds, owners, developers and private equity investors. Jessica’s appraisal practice is used in part with National Valuation Consultants. BA Group is for valuation services where Jessica is not acting as an appraiser including consulting, valuations, rent analysis, demand studies and market research.
