Director of Research, Grosvenor Americas

Eileen Marrinan is Grosvenor Americas’ Director of Research. She has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment strategy and research, working primarily with institutional investors.

Before joining Grosvenor Americas in 2011, she provided real estate consulting services for a range of clients including The RREEF Funds, Vulcan Real Estate, Glenborough, LLC and Granite Peak Partners. She has also served as a Vice President and Development Manager for Lennar Corporation’s Urban Division and a Senior Vice President for ING Clarion Partners and for GIC Real Estate, Inc.

She has master’s degrees in city planning and in business administration from UC Berkeley. She is a Counselor of Real Estate and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
