Senior Vice President

Beth Beckett is Senior Vice President of Real Estate Strategies, Inc./RES Advisors, a real estate advisory services firm based outside of Philadelphia.  Her areas of expertise include: market and financial feasibility analysis for residential and commercial real estate; analysis of affordable and mixed-income housing and transit-oriented development; and preparation of fiscal and economic impact studies.  Beth has more than 25 years of real estate consulting experience.

Prior to joining RES, she was part of the real estate advisory services practice at Coopers & Lybrand.  She also served on the professional staff of the New Castle County (DE) Executive’s Office where she was responsible for housing and economic development issues and the administration of the County’s first-time homebuyer mortgage bond program.

Beth is a former Chair of the Delaware Valley Chapter of The Counselors of Real Estate, the Housing Sector Leader for The Counselors’ External Affairs,  and the immediate past president of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts, a subsidiary of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association.
