Rola Idris

Project Manager, Leggat McCall

As a Project Manager, Rola focuses on principal development management and strategic advisory initiatives. She uses her experience as an architect and designer to advance planning, design, permitting, budgeting and construction of key projects. Rola coordinates and manages teams of architects, engineers and general contractors to ensure efficient advancement of building development and construction activities. She also works as a strategic advisor to assist clients on real estate goals and planning initiatives. Rola is currently working on a new lab building at Boynton Yards as well as advising on projects for Harbor Towers, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Harvard.

Prior to joining LMP, Rola was a lead project architect/manager at Hashim Sarkis Studios where she designed and managed local and international projects varying in phase, scale and program. While at HSS, she worked on the master planning, design and permitting for LMP’s Boynton Yards project. Rola also previously worked on various design and construction projects as a project architect at Bernard Khoury Architects/DW5 in Beirut, Lebanon.
