Adamantia is the Director of Hospitality of AXIES, part of the CBRE affiliate network. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in Real Estate Consulting & Valuation and has been involved in numerous development appraisals, valuations, investment analyses, strategic advisory, highest & best use analyses and feasibility studies in Greece, Europe and occasionally in countries in the rest of the world.
Her experience covers all forms of tourism infrastructure including city and resort hotels, mixed use hotel and residential developments and other tourism-related specialised properties such as marinas, golf courses, restaurants, conference centres, spa centres and shared ownership products (rental pool, condominium, fractional, timeshare).
Adamantia has been involved in leisure and tourism projects in countries such as Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Austria, Bulgaria, Brazil, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Montenegro, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, the UAE, the UK, and Ukraine.
She has an in depth knowledge of analysing pro forma financial statements and carrying out leasehold and investment valuations, feasibility studies, ROI analyses and development appraisals. She has also carried out numerous valuations for International Accounting Standards purposes, as well as Business and Intangible Asset Valuations for various types of companies.
Adamantia is a certified property valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2005. She is an RICS assessor since 2010 and a RICS Licensed Assessor Trainer. Adamantia is a member of the RICS Continental European Educational Standards Board based in Frankfurt, as well as a member of the RICS Membership Working Group based in London. She is also a member of the ULI Executive Board and a member of the Greek Registry of Certified Valuers. She lectures regularly on Valuations and Hospitality in various educational institutions in Greece.
Adamantia holds an MSc in Land Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading. She also holds a BSc in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
