Architect, LS3P
Steve Ramos is an architect, teacher, and blogger who has a passion for Architecture, Design, and the Holy City.
As an associate principal with LS3P, Steve leads the development of commercial projects with an emphasis on hotel design and multi-family development. Notable projects include The Spectator Hotel, the 511 Meeting Street Apartments, the Woolfe Street Apartments and the Tides IV Condominium. Steve teaches an architecture studio for the College of Charleston’s graduate program in Community Planning Policy and Design. As an extra side-hustle, Steve is the founder and writer for BuildingsAreCool.com, an online blog and design forum where he shares the trials and tribulations of being an architect in Charleston.
Steve received a Masters of Architecture form the University of Maryland. He lives downtown with his wife, Danielle and daughter Vera and takes pride in his daily bicycle commute to the office.
