Vice President, Relationship Manager, Commercial Real Estate, Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate

Jessica is Vice President and a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate group based in Charleston, SC. She is responsible for providing financing to experienced real estate owners, developers and investors for the acquisition, refinancing, repositioning or development of office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and commercial properties.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Accounting and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.

Jessica is an active member of the Urban Land Institute currently serving on the South Carolina Management Committee as Chair of Inclusivity. She also sits on Clemson University’s Advancement Board for Real Estate Development, is a Board Member for Clemson in the Lowcountry, and is a Board Member and Chair of the Nominating Committee for the Carolina Youth Development Center (CYDC) in Charleston.
