December 1994, Vol 19, No 3

Abstract: In this article, the author provides his personal experiences to illustrate how to resolve ethical questions. As real estate transactions become more complex, so does the probability of having to deal with conflicting interests in gray-area situations. Today’s real estate decisions are not only more difficult, but also require that the client has absolute confidence in the real estate professional he hires to protect the integrity of ethical situations.
