Congratulations to CBRE's Randal Dawson, CRE^®, on being recognized at the 2024 RICS Awards - Americas in the "Highly Commended - Valuation" category.

Randal was recognized as a member of the CRE^® Consulting Corps team that analyzed Peoria, Illinois' 61605 residential neighborhood and provided strategic redevelopment recommendations to reimagine the land and surrounding community following demolition of two blighted school buildings. Randal and the team worked with local leaders and stakeholders to ensure that the redevelopment would make a lasting impact and serve as an economic and social model for similar projects in the city of 113,000.
