(CHICAGO)–March 10, 2016–James S. (Jim) Lee, CRE®, real estate investment advisor and authority on multi-family housing, will address an audience of international real estate professionals at MIPIM, the world’s largest real estate conference, held annually in Cannes, France.
Mr. Lee, co-founder and senior principal of Kensington Realty Advisors, Chicago, Illinois, USA, is the 2016 chair of The Counselors of Real Estate®, the invitation-only international association of top-level real estate advisors. He was selected to participate in the MIPIM panel session “Student Housing: A Niche with Growth Potential.” The session will take place on Tuesday, March 15 at 2:30 pm in the Orange Room, Level 3, Palais 1.
Mr. Lee will address the growing interest in luxury Student Housing as a sound investment in the United States. He will specifically discuss the rise in the newest kinds of student housing development, the customer market for these properties, and the types of buildings – and their amenities – which are attractive to students and parents.
