(CHICAGO)–September 9, 2016–James S. Lee., CRE, co-founder and senior principal, Kensington Realty Advisors, Chicago, spoke today at MIPIM Japan 2016 in Osaka. MIPIM Japan is Asia’s largest international real estate conference. He represented The Counselors of Real Estate professional association where he is the 2016 Chair of the Board. Two other Counselors of Real Estate, Hiroyuki Isobe, CRE, and Masayuki Yoshimura, CRE, also spoke at MIPIM Japan.
Mr. Lee shared his real estate investment expertise in panels titled “Challenges for Further Growth of Asian Healthcare Investments” and “Life Science City: a Fusion of Urban Development and Medicine.” The panels featured real estate and investment professionals from Australia, Japan and the United States.
Mr. Isobe, chairman of Japan Valuers Co., Ltd, Tokyo, and Mr. Yoshimura, CEO and founder, Yoshimura Planning and Appraisal Co., Ltd., Tokyo, were speakers on the panel titled “Lifestyle Change and Recent Global Trends of Retail Development.” Both also hold leadership positions in the Japan Association of Real Estate Counselors – Mr. Isobe is managing director and Mr. Yoshimura is president.
