Don is a second-generation Nevada resident. After graduating from the University of Nevada in 1980 with a degree in economics and finance, Don began practicing real estate appraisal with William G. Kimmel and Assoc. For 10 years during that time, he instructed real estate appraisal for the University of Nevada system. His appraisal background included specializing in Multifamily Retail and Industrial appraisals. As an appraiser, Don was a qualified expert witness in both state and federal courts. Now he devotes his time to property management including but not limited to analysis for acquisitions, performance enhancement, as well as real estate investment and development.
