Robert Wess is President of Wess Commercial Investments in Newport Beach, CA as a Senior Advisor to Fortune 500 companies and private clients on real estate investments including most categories of commercial properties. As a real estate broker, Bob heads the Wess Commercial Group and is a Director at KW Commercial specializing in the acquisition and sales of retail, multi-family apartments, and affordable housing in many of the markets throughout the U.S. Bob has been a leader in the real estate industry in well-known public and private corporations for more than 30 years with over 2 million square feet either bought, sold or developed. His community service includes volunteering for several charities including Habitat for Humanity, Baja Christian Ministries, Orangewood Children’s Home and others throughout his career. Bob has also served on several corporate and community organization Boards and was an Economic Development Commissioner with the City of Cerritos CA.
