David has 25 years experience helping clients achieve their goals in a range of property valuation contexts, from ensuring that their real estate and personal property are not over-valued for property tax purposes, to assisting with property valuation disputes between parties with an interest in real estate. David routinely handles complex valuation assessment appeals involving a wide range of property types, including super-regional malls, big box retail, high rise office, hotel & hospitality, multi-family developments, steel mills, manufacturing facilities, power plants, and other mixed-use properties.
