I've spent 52 years in real estate consulting and finance comprised of field office loan origination and servicing for a national life insurance company in Washington, California, and Ohio and ten years as Vice President, Real Estate and Portfolio Manager in Newport Beach, CA. marketing fractional interests in mortgages to other institutional investors. In 1982 I formed Wayne W. Silzel Associates, a full service mortgage banking and consulting company and served as expert witness in California Superior and Federal courts and served ten years on my City Council and as Mayor of Villa Park, CA.
