As Head of Research Germany, I am responsible for the firms research products including the development of new research tools. I bring more than 20 years of real estate experience in the German commercial real estate markets to the table. Constant monitoring of the markets including financial and socio-economic analysis is my daily business. My focus is on office, retail and logistics - both in terms of leasing and investment. Moreover, I am responsible for detailed market and location analysis for single assets which are in most cases assigned directly by the landlord or potential investor. Crossborder collaboration - with investors, brokerage colleagues and fellow researchers is part of my practice. Regularly, I hold presentations at universities on real estate matters - often with focus on retail.
