As managing partner of The Exeter Companies, based in Boston, I have worked with large financial institutions (e.g. Prudential Realty Group - now PGIM; and Bank of America), private equity firms and with hedge funds (both domestically and in offshore emerging markets such as India and Eastern Europe). Our firm's core expertise is in investment and finance of complex projects and public-private partnerships.
