I regularly counsel clients and litigate land valuation disputes such as eminent domain and property damage cases. I also handle other forms of real property consultation and litigation concerning title disputes, boundary line disputes, road and access issues, zoning and land use entitlements, cell tower leases and easements, and similar matters. In addition to my election as a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, I have also been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a member of the Owner's Counsel of America (OCA), a Fellow in the American Bar Foundation, and a member of the Council of the Alabama Law Institute. I have volunteered on several CRE Consulting Corps projects, and I have served in a variety of other committee assignments on behalf of the Counselors of Real Estate.
