A Closer Look
In 2024 I volunteered for a CRE Consultants assignment determining the feasibility of a specialized logistics solution for a community. I am part of a five man team. Practice is focused on brokerage, valuation and conceptual planning of industrial facilities. Also performed National Tenant Representation for industrial companies. Performed a number of feasibility studies. Subspecialty in industrial waterfront facilities such as bulk terminals marketing them for sale and representing manufacturing users in securing these facilities.
