D. Wesley Moore, II, CRE, MAI, CCIM, is a commercial real estate appraiser, real estate counselor, market analyst, broker, consultant and instructor with over 35 years of real estate appraisal and brokerage experience. He is a partner in the appraisal firm of Cook, Moore, Davenport & Associates. Mr. Moore has a Masters Degree in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate, a BS in Finance and a BS in Construction, all from Louisiana State University. He holds the CRE designation with the Counselors of Real Estate, the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM designation with the CCIM Institute, is a licensed real estate broker, a REALTOR, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Louisiana and Mississippi, and is an Adjunct Instructor of Real Estate with the Department of Finance at LSU. He taught the Real Estate Valuation and Investment class (Finance 3352) at LSU from 2006 to 2018.
