A Closer Look
Ben Mohr advises companies on corporate real estate, focusing on office users. He has worked for many high-profile companies in New York City, throughout the US and in more than 20 countries. Sample client list includes: The New York Times Co., About.com (now Dotdash), IBM, Publicis, Nike, Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo), and Meow Wolf. Starting in 2004, Ben worked at Cushman & Wakefield, an international commercial real estate services firm based in New York. In 2006, he joined Byrnam Wood, a real estate advisory known for achieving extraordinary results for corporate office users. He has served as expert witness in commercial leasing in federal bankruptcy court and has taught commercial real estate to new real estate brokers. He graduated from Indiana University and early in his career was an English teacher at a nationally top-ranked college preparatory high school. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and holds real estate brokerage licenses in New York and New Mexico.
