He has assisted or completed hundreds of appraisal and consulting services for a multitude of assignments in both the private and public sectors, including a diversity of property types, such as residential, rural residential, multi-residential, commercial retail, commercial office, motels, mobile home/trailer parks, industrial, institutional, land (100+ agricultural, ecologically sensitive, parks and conservation, aggregate resource, commercial/industrial/residential awaiting development, building lots, school sites, First Nations reserve lands), golf courses, First Nations, and others.
