Consulting on energy efficiency and sustainability including financial related matters. •We provide technical advice related to energy rate analysis and how to purchase energy more effectively to meet a client’s goal and lower the energy cost line item in their budget. We do not guarantee a rate or secure the commodity on their behalf. •We provide advice on capital projects as it relates to the ability to be financed through specific programs (i.e., C-PACE). We advise on how to obtain grants, rebates, and loans for projects which have energy efficiency, energy conservation, or renewable energy measures. We do not provide the financial grant, rebate, or loan nor guarantee of such. •We provide advice on developing project scope including technical matters and how to obtain financing for a client, but we work through the process where the client directly signs for any financial product or construction contract. We are their technical advisor. We deliver accurate information and technical support for making informed decisions to improve real estate assets.
