CREEX is a project of a virtual hub with the main goal to connect the most respectful Real Estate professionals operating in the Czech market and use their collective knowledge in favor of society and clients. Above market supportive activities provided by CREEX, my main professional role is Development Director at PASSERINVEST GROUP, the biggest Czech long-term investor and developer. I'm responsible for both the Acquisition Department and the Development department which consists of Project Management and Property Management departments. Over 20 years of experience with the local real estate market, i.e. leasing, investment, and pre-development phase consultancy gave me great knowhow regarding this field, which I fully use in favor of my partners and clients.
