Since 1987, Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) has been providing news, information, perspectives and insights to members of the global real estate and infrastructure investment communities. The Company pursues a digital first strategy, with news and information appearing first in its free daily email news alert services and on the news cloud from its website. It also publishes several well-respected industry trade journals, including three different editions of its Institutional Real Estate monthly publication (Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific) and Institutional Investing in Infrastructure. IREI also publishes Real Assets Adviser, a monthly publication for members of the private wealth advisory community. In addition, the Company offers subscriptions to its proprietary IREI.Q database, a mission critical market intelligence research tool with an intuitive, user friendly interface. It also produces several Visions, Insights and Perspectives (VIP) conferences, among other live and virtual roundtable events and webinars (30 events in total per year). Finally, the company consults with its sponsors on a variety of institutional real estate investment management-related issues.
