Rob Coulson, founder and managing principal at V3, has spent over a decade in the field of consulting with a focus on real estate and capital assets, including location strategy, portfolio optimization, development management, organizational design, business process engineering, and technology enablement. Rob has represented clients in setting up and managing program integration offices for special projects, including the business case analysis, strategy development, and risk management aspects of operations. Prior to starting his own company, Rob worked with clients on behalf of management consulting firms, Booz Allen and Deloitte. With a background in construction and development, prior to his consulting career, Rob also helps clients navigate individual project lifecycles to include site selection, investment due diligence, entitlements, purchase transactions, lease acquisitions, design, and construction. Rob actively supports charitable causes in the United States and Ghana, West Africa. Rob is married with five sons and is an amateur triathlete. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama, a master of business administration degree from Wake Forest University, and an executive education diploma from Harvard University. Hailing originally from Mobile, Alabama, he now calls Washington, DC, “home.”
