A Closer Look
Alyson Bode has more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and is currently Vice President of Research and Data Strategy at Kettler. Ms. Bode joined Kettler in 2017 and advises leaders in development, acquisitions, asset management and operations across Kettler’s vertically integrated platform by providing actionable market intelligence and reporting. Alyson also leads Kettler’s data strategy supporting investment and executive decision making and analysis of the Kettler markets, customers and portfolio. In addition to her role as Vice President at Kettler Ms. Bode also holds an adjunct faculty position at George Mason University teaching Market Analysis in the Costello College of Business for students obtaining a master’s degree in real estate development. Ms. Bode received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The George Washington University with a focus in Real Estate Finance. She received her bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
