Blanton Turner was founded in 2011, and is a Seattle-based real estate management and consulting firm that specializes in new urban development in the Pacific Northwest (Washington and Oregon). Services include predevelopment, market studies (including demographics and psychographics), and strategic branding. Our services begin at the earliest stages of development, and continue through branding, commissioning, lease-up and ongoing management operations after stabilization. Blanton Turner was recognized by IREM as AMO (Accredited Management Organization) of the Year in 2016.
