Casey Kemper, CRE, was awarded The Saint Nicholas Society of the City of New York’s 2017 Medal of Merit for Distinguished Service at the 183rd annual holiday dinner in December. The Medal of Merit was founded in 1835 by Washington Irving “to collect and preserve information pertaining to the history, settlement, manners, etc., of the City of New York.” Past recipients of the Medal of Merit include Henry Kissinger, the Hon. Thomas Dewey, and Walter Cronkite, among many others.
Also in late 2017, Kemper was presented the Outstanding Community Service Award from the Interchurch Center.
