On November 7, 2017, Joanne Phillips, CRE, was elected Delaware County Controller in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Democratic candidate Phillips defeated Republican Robert Kane, a certified public accountant, 63,646 votes to 58,938.
“I’m just thankful for the support and help across the county, it’s gratifying and I have a lot of responsibility to uphold,” Phillips said.
