The Chapter will hear from Alice Breheny, Global Head of Research, and Matthew Wokasch, Senior Direct/Data Scientist of TH Real Estate.  TH Real Estate is one of the largest real estate investments managers in the world with $115bn in AUM.  Alice and Matthew will take a look at several “disrupters” and how they will affect commercial real estate investors and occupiers in both the near future and longer term.
