Abstract: Drawing on his various experiences in New York City, the author presents a firsthand view of some of the positive and negative aspects in the acquisition of land and buyout of the tenants in an assemblage to a jigsaw picture puzzle, he gives the reader some of his personal strategies and organizational steps in pulling deals together.
