John Hysom, Ph.D., is an associate professor in charge of the Real Estate and Urban Development Program and DIrector of the Center for Real Estate and Land Use Analysis in the School of Business Administration at the George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. His Ph.D. was awarded by the American University in Washington, D.C.
