Abstract: The recent explosion in telecommunications enhanced real estate or shared tenant services (STS) is a result of the computer revolution, AT&T divestiture and a competitive marketing edge for building developers to provide advanced telecommunications services on a multi-tenant basis. This article focuses on the pros and cons of offering such amenities.
