Spring/Summer 1982, Vol 7

Abstract: In his third article in the series, the author presents various changes that have occurred in the real estate market in regard to the ratio of debt to equity, interest rates, capitalization rates, land values, and the prices of residential, retail and office space. He cites some of the effects of these changes, and comments that our present adjustment process may be unlike anything experienced in the past.
