Richard S. Kraut is assistant director of the Division of Enforcement of the securities and Exchange Commission in charge of the Office of Corporation Finance and Investment Management Enforcement in Washington D.C. He received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School and is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bar Associates.
