Abstract: Members of the American society of Real Estate Counselors, in their response to a survey conducted in 1988-1989, offer an interesting and diverse perspective of real estate in the next century. This article presents an analysis of the survey results, namely those issues which drew a lack of consensus by the respondees. Also discussed are The Counselors’ expectations for the future and how these assumptions will impact real estate.
