Abstract: The Island of Guam, although small in size, presents many interesting examples of the boom and bust cycles experienced in real estate markets. This property information case study, considers Guam’s physical and demographic characteristics, economic forces, historic market overview, prevailing market conditions, and future expectations. Through the detailed study and investigation of Guam’s real estate market, property information can be used to support acquisition, disposition, lending, foreclosure, litigation, and other important real estate decisions.
