Abstract: Personal views on contemporary concepts are expressed in this feature section authored by three Counselors of Real Estate (CREs). Abram Barkan in ‘Urban vs. Suburban Revisited’ matches the growth, development and overcrowding of the suburbs to the density of nearby urban centers; Webster Collins discusses ‘Two Centuries of Real Estate’ as he speaks through the wisdom of Ben Franklin and comments on today’s real estate scene; and Robert B. Hulley, ‘Market Specialization’ describes the advantages of a multi-disciplined office that provides information services.
