Abstract: The real estate market is predicted to rebound as general economic recovery begins and mortgage rates subside, but no one knows exactly when this will happen and how strong the market will be when and if it does take place. In the meantime, however, how should forward-looking investors approach problems and explore potential opportunities in the market? The authors offer several practical suggestions to help steer investors in the ’80s.
