Abstract: In his fourth article in this series, the author looks at the increases and decreases in land prices and how these values are influenced by the efficient use of land. He discusses some of the changes taking place in the demand for land and what impact the ecological movement has had on the issue of land use policy and some of the problems and concerns faced by urban development managers.
