Abstract: At the end of 1993, there were more than a million not-for-profit organizations, all of which have one thing in common: each would welcome increased income even while finding it increasingly difficult to garner a larger share of the public’s dollars. One method is to foster real estate gifts as an additional revenue stream. This article discusses ways to successfully bridge the gap between the not-for-profit world and the real estate professional.
