Abstract: There are principles of conduct which govern individuals and groups. to paraphrase Mark Twain who was talking about politicians, ‘Suppose you are in the real estate business. Now suppose you are a ruthless greedy character. But I repeat myself.’ This article provides the reader with the practical and often philosophical viewpoints of a real estate professional who looks at ethics and real estate in today’s workplace.
