Mr. Evans is the author of the Dow Jones/Irwin book on the Commercial Property Development and The Dow Jones-Irwin Guide to U.S. Business Cities. He also serves as the editorial advisor to the national Real Estate Index, a publication which tracks property prices, rents, cap rates, and trends for over 60 markets across the U.S.
