Abstract: Although still in its infancy, the real estate consulting profession is able to provide valuable services, especially if the buyers of these services know how to select competent consultants and use the expertise of the consultants to their best advantage. The author shows how to get the most from real estate consultants, covering such topics as when to call a consultant to how to use and interpret the findings. A practical guide on managing the client/consultant relationship is also provided.
